I absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend to all future guests. Marc and his lovely manager were at reception to greet me when I arrived. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we could check in early and ensure we had the best stay possible. We than parked FOR FREE downstairs which made it so easy to get my newborn to and from the room. The car park is FREE and super easy to get into (clears 2.3m) and did I mention it was FREE. Our rooms were so clean and tidy, beds were a dream to sleep in and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed (we even made a banoffee pie). The bathroom is your standard bathroom and had all amenities you needed. Thank you Marc and your amazing manager for being so accommodating, friendly, amazing and overall being the best humans. I absolutely appreciate you both, Marc and his manager were a true testament to the amazing staff members at the Quest. The Quest Mackay are so lucky to have such amazing front of house staff like Marc and his manger who represent their company values so well. I cannot wait to return for my next stay. Make sure you say hello to Marc ☺️

I loved how the washing machine and dryer were in the bathroom ,downside well not really downside the exhaust fan in bathroom didn't work.wasnt a downside considering the rest of the room was amazing it gave a really home vibe I full kitchen in the room was amazing as me and the partner have our 1 and a half year old and our 1 month old daughter so making bottles was a breeze the balcony well the balcony was better than perfect I don't get to see my kids much as I don't live with them. I was overjoyed when I seen the sameness and size I was able to take daughter out and have some proper daddy daughter Ti and play some. Games without being cooped up inside or having to leave the motel.and for that I cannot thank the quest and there beautiful staff for the amazing experience and the beautiful memories I was able to make will definitely be saving up to hopefully visit again soon.

The room was clean, has everything we could have needed for our stay including pots, stove, microwave, fridge, hairdryer, tea/coffee/hot chocolate, there was even little care packages which included q-tips, cotton pads and a nail file. The bed was super comfortable, as were the pillows, not too soft, not too firm. The TV had all the apps you could want, the balcony was nice too. The laundry facilities were high quality and found it very easy to attend washing. Our air conditioner was dripping water so the staff kindly offered to move us to another room which was very helpful. The pool is nice, I just wish the “spa” part was warm spa, it’s just the same temp water as the pool with jets. I will definitely be staying again next time I’m in Mackay.

The staff was bubbly and welcoming at reception. Checking in was a breeze, we had one vehicle that was nicely accommodated for with the indoor customer parking available. The apartment was terrific! Very spacious and a lot bigger than I imagined. The balcony had a stunning view of the city especially at night and the location was great being right across the road from the supermarket, cafe, restaurant and liquor store. One of the power poles exploded one night and a portion of the city was without power for a while, including Quest Mackay which made our experience a funny one haha! Express Checkout was handy since we had to leave around 4am to catch our flight. Overall it was an enjoyable stay and I would love to stay again! :D

It came with a kitchennete and a balcony. - the microwave wasn't working and they replaced it with a brand new one within like 5 minutes. - they did room service even though we were only there for 2 nights - small detail, but they give you Tim Tam's and a free bottle of water. - bed was very comfortable. - great location - TV has netflix and all other streaming apps I honestly couldn't fault it.
